Management Team

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GRAUK and responsible for all operational as well as day to day activities. Other core officers include: Regional Manager (MF), Manager (MF), Manager (Accounts) and Field Officer (MF) and others are contractual staff hired for time-bound project/work approves the Annual Budget and makes the appointment of Auditors. The Governing Body as at 30 June 2022 consists of 07 members.

GRAUK WORKING AREA
GRAUK is currently operating through 10 branches across 03 districts of Bangladesh and serving over 32303 clients including 25000 borrowers. Grauk covered 07 Upzila, 504 village of Moulvibazar, Hobigonj and Sylhet districts.
 
 
HUMAN RESOURCE
There are 119 employees out of which 90 male and 17 female and rest 12 part times.
 
 
CAPACITY BUILDING
In the context of development advancement, the role of trained human resource particularly in the financial sector is an undeniable fact. With this end in view GRAUK has been making continuous effort with its skilled training to develop human resources. During 2021-2022 financial years, 59 staffs received training on various professional course of which 59 were given by Credit and Development Forum (CDF), Dhaka. Field Officers and Credit Officers were trained on different Microfinance operational issues, including Delinquency Management, Accounts and Financial management.
